Lisa Schnebly Heidinger

          Lisa is proud to have been photographer as well as author for two of her books, “Chief Yellowhorse Lives On!” and “Calling Arizona Home.”  From the sweeping skies and rangeland of Patagonia to the burgeoning homes of Colorado City, Lisa looks with a curious and non-judgmental eye at people, architecture, light and scene for fresh views of landmarks, and unexpected bits of local culture.  Capturing aspects of Arizona on film was a passion until digital technology came along; for the past six years she has carried a Canon SLR “that is much better at taking photographs than I am,” she says.  Some of her images are found here and can be purchased by sending an email specifiying print, desired size (5 x 7, 8 x 10, 11 x 14 or 16 x 20).  Send name of print and size desired to
